The importance of women within the integration process
Our organization has been pursuing the integration issue for several years. Our work has been based on some studies that we started in 2001 focusing on integration problems of different social groups. We have been working contemporarily on working and instruction problems which are important factors for a harmonic and equal individual and social situation. For this reason we have started an Observatory on production and work culture changes. The data collection through in-depth interviews and the production of several video has helped clarifying different issues.
